Is chiropractic care your “best kept secret?”  Why would you want to talk about it with other people you know?

Many people don’t grow up with regular spinal care.  So, they may think that going to the chiropractor is something you only do after an accident.  Or something you do if you’re in severe pain.  They don’t understand that chiropractic care can also be preventative.  Furthermore, it maximizes wellness.

There are also a lot of myths about chiropractic care.

Promoting the truth: one benefit of referrals

Hearing from someone who gets chiropractic care helps others to understand that chiropractic care is safe, effective, natural, and drug-free.  It compliments other forms of health care, like seeing your family doctor.

They will also find out that chiropractic care to helps mitigate daily wear and tear on a person’s body.  Many professional athletes have chiropractors for this reason.  But you don’t have to be an athlete to benefit from regular spinal care.

New things can be off-putting, or even scary

Many people feel uncomfortable doing something new.  It may seem strange to them.

Some people try to live with pain rather than deal with these feelings.

When these people know someone else who receives chiropractic care, they will feel a lot more comfortable seeking treatment.  They will be able to see how chiropractic care has benefited you.  They know that your chiropractor is someone you trust.

Does Sheppard Chiropractic Center require referrals?
