I never knew how bad my back was I knew it hurt could not even sleep, for 5 yrs and I lived with it till one day I was having a hard time moving and could not even sit. Went to the clinic for heel pain (plantar fasciitis) brought on by activity, I’d recently returned to playing sports after taking several years off. After 12 laser sessions, my heel pain is almost 100% gone. Dr. Sheppard is fantastic to work with, very approachable and he really listens and provides relevant custom treatment. I have had lower back problems for a few years. Brought on by years of sports and being in the moving business. I was very reluctant to go to a chiropractor and finally decided to a couple years ago. I’ve been going to Jeff now for a couple years. Every time I’ve ever put my back out he’s been able to get me straightened out and back on my feet in no time. I was just recently planning a big trip and put my back out to the point I couldn’t get out of bed for a long time. I was able to go and see Jeff because I wanted to be able to go on my trip.
