Went to the clinic for heel pain (plantar fasciitis) brought on by activity, I’d recently returned to playing sports after taking several years off. After 12 laser sessions, my heel pain is almost 100% gone. Dr. Sheppard is fantastic to work with, very approachable and he really listens and provides relevant custom treatment. I have had lower back problems for a few years. Brought on by years of sports and being in the moving business. I was very reluctant to go to a chiropractor and finally decided to a couple years ago. I’ve been going to Jeff now for a couple years. Every time I’ve ever put my back out he’s been able to get me straightened out and back on my feet in no time. I was just recently planning a big trip and put my back out to the point I couldn’t get out of bed for a long time. I was able to go and see Jeff because I wanted to be able to go on my trip. After a week of being basically bedridden with excruciating back pain, Jeff had me back up and walking just in time for my trip. The whole staff is awesome! I have had arthritic pain in my left knee for the past 3 years. It always hurt the most when I was at rest so that caused sleepless nights and exercise has been limited as well. Since starting laser, my knee very rarely bothers me and have many good nights sleeps with no pain meds needed. Very happy I tried this as I am too young for surgery.
