We welcome all new patients and returning patients to our office. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable for the entirety of your visit. We’re here to help you with your pain or restrictions in activity and there’s nothing we’d like better than to be part of your health journey!
On your first visit or after an extended absence, you will be asked to fill out a few forms for our records and a pain assessment sheet. The chiropractor will meet with you to discuss health history, go over your symptoms, and conduct a brief physical exam to help determine the problem. At that time you will be referred to the proper treatment technique most suitable for the issue involved.
This could include Chiropractic or Laser Therapym depending on the chiropractor’s referral and assessment. Designated treatments will be explained thoroughly. Most times you will receive the treatment on that day, so wear comfortable clothes and allow yourself 30-45 minutes for your first appointment.
If you have any questions about your insurance coverage, you will need to contact your insurance provider as information about the details of your coverage is confidential. If your plan offers direct billing, we can direct bill your insurance provider.
Our front desk staff will be happy to explain office policy and billing, as well as scheduling your follow-up appointments and providing you with receipts that can be saved for income tax purposes.
Regular Chiropractic appointments typically require 15 minutes, while Laser lasts 30-60 minutes depending on your individual needs. Your progress will be evaluated after the suggested amount of appointments has been completed.
Sometimes you may be given exercises to do at home, or other treatment suggestions such as icing an injury.
