Low back pain is common and it’s on the rise.  In a recent study, in a sample of Canadians followed over a six month period, five in ten of them suffered low back pain.  That’s every second person.  If it’s not you, then it’s probably at least one person you care about.

Up to 85% of working people can expect to experience low back pain during their lifetime.

What does it feel like?  Some people experience a dull throbbing sensation in their lower back.  Others feel pain shooting down their legs.  Sometimes the lower back spasms involuntarily.  Other times it just throbs incessantly.  If you haven’t had low back pain yet, you probably will at some point in your life.

Low back pain leads to decreased quality of life, lost productivity, and an increase in both prescription and over the counter drug consumption.

The good news is that chiropractic care is an effective and safe treatment for low back pain.

Chiropractors are musculo-skeletal experts.  Your chiropractor can help you recover from low back pain.  Your chiropractor can also provide you with advice to reduce your risk of future injury.

Chiropractic care is drug-free and natural.

Don’t rely on painkillers to mask your symptoms.  Treat the problem at its source, safely and effectively.
